Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig September. 21 in 1983) is an acclaimed American actress. She is most famously known for her role appeared as Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost TV series as well as Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington from Ohio dropped out of high school, and relocating in Los Angeles after her divorced parents. It was a struggle to survive when she got her first part in the acting world as Rachel's Room's leading character. In 2002, she was awarded an Young Artist Award in 2002 for her portrayal as Murder in Greenwich of 15 year aged Martha Moxley as a murder victim, Grace was able to take home the award. Grace Rutherford played Shannon Rutherford for Lost's first two seasons in 2004 and was awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award (with the rest of the cast) along with her. The show ended in 2005 and Grace wanted to appear as a film actress, and had starred opposite Tom Welling in The Fog in 2005. She appeared as Kim Mills opposite Liam Neeson (both in Taken in 2008) as Suburban Girl as well as the Jane Austen Book Club. The role was reprised in Taken 2 (2012) and Taken 3 (2014).She played the leading role in Alice on Malice in Wonderland a modern take on Lewis Carroll's novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to the Lost series in the final two episodes playing Shannon. In 2013 she appears in the sixth season of Californication. She plays Faith who's an avid stargazer as well as a groupie. Hank Moody, played by David Duchovny, falls for her. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. She's a Gyllenhaal, the child of Stephen Gyllenhaal (director) and Naomi Achs (producer), and is more senior in age than Jake Gyllenhaal. As a teenager, she began to work as a small part-time actress for her father. She also appeared in Donnie Darko alongside her sister. She then appeared as a character in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (both 2002) and Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal was praised by critics for her performance as the main character of Secretary (2002), the erotic drama about romance and Sherrybaby (2006). In 2006, she was also nominated for the Golden Globe Award. In the wake of several successful commercial films in 2006 such as World Trade Center she received wider recognition for playing Rachel Dawes in the superhero film The Dark Knight (2008). In the wake of her performance that was a hit as a mother who is not married on the screen in Crazy Heart (2009), she was awarded an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. The following years she appeared in comedy and dramatic films: Nanny McPhee & the Big Bang (2010) Hysteria 2011 and Won't Back Down 2012. Her other roles include the role of a Secret Service agent in the action thriller White House Down (2013) as well as a singer in Frank (2014) as well as The title role in the film The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). The debut of Gyllenhaal as a director and writer was in 2021 with The Lost Daughter, a psychological thriller that won her an award at the Venice International Film Festival Best Screenplay Award. In addition, she won an Academy Award nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay.
